Walking Aerobics

Participants “walk” in place for one to four miles while viewing an instructional video tape. Those who wish follow up the program with a short period of light weight lifting and floor exercising for body toning and flexibility. Men and women (all ages) are invited to join the class in the Parish Hall on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 9:00 - 10:00 am.
